We offer a service tailored to the requirements of each of our clients, whether you’re the recruiting company or the qualified candidate. Driven by a quest for excellence, our team of consultants works every day to offer their clients the best possible response to their request.

Highly qualified experts

Our consultants’ sound knowledge of the market enables them to act as effective advisers. Thanks to their expertise, they can consider the professional requirements of each party and offer the best possible solution.

Each consultant specialises in one particular sector and also works within a defined geographical area, thus affording them an advanced understanding of your expectations and maximising your chances of success.

At Lexton Stanley, we’re sure of our capabilities and we work untiringly for your success. As our client, you will only receive an invoice from us when the candidate that you have been seeking has successfully been recruited for your company.

Finally, we work closely with recognised media outlets within the recruitment sector, in order to truly optimise your chances of finding the ideal candidate.

The right challenge for you

Rather than merely analysing your technical profile and professional skills, we also examine your expectations, your ambitions and the values that drive you. That’s why we create a genuine relationship with our candidates, presenting them with a whole raft of possibilities in order to find the challenge that suits them best.

Our three-stage approach

We work in three main phases, which enables us to efficiently evaluate the company and the profile most suited to working with it.

1. Comprehensive analysis of your needs and expectations

Apart from the examination of your CV, this stage includes a discussion with one of our consultants in order to gain an understanding of your expectations and put together a comprehensive file detailing your professional background.

We believe that this direct contact allows us to more accurately discern your expectations and thus present the opportunities that suit you best. That’s why we like to meet our candidates face-to-face wherever possible. We hold comprehensive discussions with you in order to obtain the maximum amount of information that will enable us to meet your needs as precisely as possible.

This direct contact phase will also involve the discussion of your qualifications, your training and your future career objectives, as well as a more informal chat about your values and interests. It is our firm belief that creating a file that is as detailed as possible is key to successfully identifying the career path upon which our candidates will best be able to flourish.

2. Contact and interviews with clients

Once we find a company likely to meet your expectations, we will put you in touch with them. Usually, this initial contact will consist of a phone conversation and, all being well, will lead to a series of face-to-face interviews.

Once the interview process is complete, we hold discussions with both parties in order to gauge their feelings about each other. We then provide both the client and the candidate with personalised feedback on how the process has unfolded.

If this feedback proves positive, we move on to the offering stage and discuss the candidate’s salary expectations directly with our client. As our experience of the sector gives us sound knowledge of the market, we can advise both parties on their mutual expectations in this regard.

3. Follow-up and process management

Lastly, we will support our selected candidates until they take up their new post, for instance by helping them with the process of resigning from their previous position. And after their transfer, we will also remain available to answer any practical questions.

This follow-up commences from the acceptance of the offer by both parties. We will then advise our candidate on the procedure to be followed upon entering their new role, in order to ensure compliance with legislation and notice periods. Once they are in place at their new company, we remain available to respond to any queries they might have.

Respect for confidentiality

Your application will of course be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We are also committed to providing you with objective and transparent information on all stages of your recruitment cycle.
