Business Manager for a Private Bank

As the Business Manager in our client Chief of Staff Office, you will be responsible for supporting the development of the business of the front and providing analytical support to initiatives that will increase revenue and net new assets. You will be responsible for following up on multiple topics such as branch opening and new market opening, as well as pricing and cost-saving initiatives with the Chief Financial Department. You will have a business-driven mindset and use data crunching skill sets to support decision-making and provide support to the front and various stakeholders.    Key Responsibilities: -Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of the front business, including identifying new revenue streams and cost-saving opportunities. -Provide analytical support for business development initiatives, including conducting market research, analyzing data and financial metrics, and creating presentations and reports for senior management. -Work closely with the front office to develop and implement new products and services that meet the needs of clients and contribute to revenue growth. -Collaborate with the Head of Private Banking and other senior leaders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives that will drive growth and improve efficiency. -Follow up on multiple topics such as branch opening and new market opening, ensuring that all necessary resources are in place and that timelines are met. -Collaborate with the Chief Financial Department to ensure that pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with revenue goals, while also identifying cost-saving opportunities. -Provide support for business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, including analyzing financial and operational data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement. -Serve as a liaison between the front office and other departments, ensuring that information and resources are shared effectively and that all teams are working together toward common goals. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and regulators, to ensure that the business is well-positioned to capitalize on opportunities and navigate challenges. -Utilize advanced data crunching skill sets to analyze large and complex datasets to identify business insights and support decision-making with a business-driven mindset Qualifications: -Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. -5 to 10 years of experience in business management, strategy, or related fields in the Wealth Management Services industry. -Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies that have led to revenue growth and increased profitability. -Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and make informed recommendations. -Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and data to both technical and non-technical audiences. -Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. -Experience in private banking or wealth management is highly preferred. -Fluency in English is required.
