To strengthen our client's Wealth Management business, a Swiss Private Bank from Geneva we are recruiting a new Desk Head UHNW MENA & International In your role, you are running the desk as a proactive market oriented and client-centric unit. You coach all team members and ensure appropriate training and development measures using full transparency in performance communication and measurement. You:

• proactively provide support and product solutions for your client advisors & hunter
• know how to deliver the value proposition within the principles of the business model and plan its systematic implementation
• can use your knowledge of the bank's culture and procedures, and your personal network within Wealth Management and with other Business Groups, to the advantage of both parties
• bring strong ability to network, build and maintain business relationships within the Wealth Management industry and other business partners
• have skills which enable you to deal successfully with a team of people with various backgrounds and different levels of development

Requirements: This position requires commitment, understanding, a strong identification with the MENAT markets and passion for these markets and an important existing. In addition you should meet the following criteria:

• minimum 10 years in Wealth Management, management and leadership experience as a plus
• in depth Market know how in MENAT
• experience in dealing with demanding clients
• ambitious appetite for challenges and open mindset
• high ability to analyse and solve problems
• knowledge of regulations and procedures
• strong interpersonal and team-building skills
• entrepreneurial spirit with a highly committed and outgoing personality
• fluency in English is a must, knowledge of German, French or Arabic language is a distinct asset
