The Senior Business Implementation
role is a key position within the Team Quality & Business Implementation
, responsible for providing oversight of Investment Operations daily activities to monitor risks and maintain a high level of quality. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in financial instruments (especially a good knowledge in derivatives
), project management, risk management, regulatory compliance, and a perfect understanding of the operating model.
- Client Operational Onboarding:
- Handle the onboarding of new clients, mandates, funds, and dedicated funds.
- Ensure smooth transitions and efficient processes for client onboarding.
- Project Leadership:
- Lead projects related to new business process implementations, new products, and new market expansions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution.
- Risk Mitigation:
- Identify high-risk activities and implement relevant controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Perform second-level controls and independent checks on Middle Office and securities master file activities.
- Tools and Reporting:
- Monitor and update the "Projects" tool to track project progress and milestones.
- Maintain and update the "Issue Log" tool, define action plans, and follow up with team leaders.
- Generate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) for reporting purposes.
- Process Implementation and Liaison:
- Participate in the implementation of new procedures, projects, and controls.
- Ensure all processes are documented in operational procedures, including process flow, risk assessment, controls, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with various departments within the bank and external third parties to facilitate smooth operations.
- Client Support:
- Provide timely responses to client queries, particularly from portfolio management teams, risk management, client reporting, and performance teams.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Implementation professional to contribute to the oversight and quality management of Investment Operations. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial instruments, project management skills, risk management expertise, and regulatory compliance knowledge. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. Fluency in both French and English is required.
