We are seeking an
Assistant Relationship Manager for the
European desk of a leading global private banking subsidiary of a financial group. In this role, you will provide crucial
support to a senior Relationship Manager by managing client onboarding, handling investment and administrative tasks, backup with clients and ensuring smooth communication and organization. As a dedicated member of our client's team, you will play an

Role:
- Maintaining Daily Contacts (In-Person and Over the Phone) with the Bank's U/HNW clients and Internal Teams (Investments, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Back Office, and Control) in a Multilingual Setting
- Responsible for Accurate and Timely Execution of Clients' Instructions (Transfers, Trades, Information Requests, etc.)
- Account Opening and KYC Review Assistance for Onboarding
- Keeping Customer Database Up-to-Date by Adhering to Internal and External Regulations (AML, FINMA, FATCA, etc.)
- Coordination with Other Intermediaries (Clients' Lawyers, Trustees)
- Preparation of Reports upon Request from Relationship Manager, Clients, Compliance Officer, or Authorized Persons
- Participation in Bank Events
- Supporting Market Development for Relationship Managers
- Providing Backup Support to the Relationship Manager during Travel.

Profile:
- Strong Educational Background in Banking and/or Finance
- Minimum of 5 Years of Experience as a Wealth Management Assistant or Client Service Executive in a Private Banking Setting
- Fluency in English and French is Required
- Additional Language Skills is a Plus
