We are in search of a seasoned Corporate Actions Specialist to join a prominent Private Bank based in Geneva. In this role, the mission is to oversee all processes related to voluntary and mandatory Corporate Actions across diverse asset classes, encompassing bonds, stocks, funds (mutual, hedge), and private equities. Operating within a dynamic and evolving setting, you will navigate a distinct organizational structure, intricate systems, and collaborate seamlessly within a substantial team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Scrutinize information from various sources, including custodians' swifts, agent/funds prospectuses, and financial providers such as Bloomberg and Telekurs.
- Address queries from Relationship Managers, internal departments, and external stakeholders, including clients.
- Compose announcements to apprise Relationship Managers and Clients.
- Reconcile holdings, ascertain entitlements, and manage outstanding positions.
- Dispatch instructions to correspondents, funds managers, or other external entities, ensuring secure and acknowledged delivery.
- Record corporate action events in clients' accounts, covering both monetary and securities transactions.
Other responsibilities can include the vigilant monitoring of various topics and issues throughout the Corporate Action lifecycle. Collaboration will be at the heart of your approach, as you will seamlessly work with team members beyond the designated pool, ensuring effective teamwork and a cohesive operational environment.
