Within the Client Documentation team, the Client Documentation Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the quality, accuracy and consistency of client documentation and data across the Bank’s systems, while supporting Wealth Management and internal stakeholders.
Main responsibilities
- Review and validate client documentation related to account changes or closures in line with internal procedures and local/international regulations (CDB20, CRS, FATCA/QI).
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and documents.
- Perform controls (4-eyes principle) and contribute to internal quality checks.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to Wealth Management and other departments.
- Act as a key point of contact between Client Documentation, Compliance, Legal, IT and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements, projects and regulatory changes impacting the team.
- Support change management and ensure procedures are kept up to date.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in client documentation, operations or a similar banking function is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Client-service oriented with good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in French and English; any additional language is a plus.
- Very good command of Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
- Swiss residence required.
