We are currently looking for a Relationship Manager Assistant on behalf of a well-established Multi Family Office based in Geneva.
Responsibilities
- Support the Relationship Manager in the day-to-day management of a portfolio of private clients.
- Handle account openings, closings and maintenance, ensuring all client documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and update KYC and onboarding documentation in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Process client instructions, including payments, foreign exchange, cash transfers and securities transactions.
- Maintain regular contact with clients and provide a responsive, professional and high-quality level of service.
- Coordinate with external counterparties, custodians and internal service providers to ensure efficient execution of client requests.
- Maintain strong documentary discipline and ensure all client records are complete and compliant.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English.
- Valid Swiss work permit or eligibility to work in Switzerland.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience within a private bank, Multi Family Office or Independent Asset Manager.
- Solid experience supporting Relationship Managers and handling banking operations.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
